About Us:

York County Family Cooperative is a new homeschool co-op in York County, South Carolina. When our founders discovered that none of the local co-ops were quite what their families needed, they came together to create a new one. YCFamily is based on a free-market system to allow for many types of classes, including educational, enriching, and just for fun. YCFamily aims to create a place where homeschoolers of kinds can learn together, and to create lasting friendships and support systems.

Meet the Founders!

Rebecca Jensen has 5 children and has been homeschooling for 16 years. She loves to cook, teach music, and is addicted to audible.

Aliese Fitch is a homeschool graduate and is very passionate about a homeschooled lifestyle for her children, though she has only one son so far. She loves to read, sleep, and grow plants.

Cecelia Lefgren has 3 kids, who are in their early years of homeschooling. She was homeschooled most of her life and is a homeschool graduate. She loves learning about anything and everything, but writing is her passion.
